Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the ground rules for using Streampia. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or buying a subscription, you agree to everything below. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use our service.
1. What Streampia Provides
Streampia is a premium IPTV subscription service. We give you access to live TV channels, movies, TV series, sports, and on-demand content through our apps and supported devices like Smart TVs, Firestick, Android boxes, and mobile phones. We run anti-freeze technology on our servers to keep streams smooth, but since this is an internet-based service, short interruptions can occasionally happen — that's the nature of streaming, not a flaw in your plan.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Keep your login details private. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up — especially your email, since that's how we reach you about your subscription.
3. Plans, Billing & Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial plus paid plans (monthly, multi-month). The free trial is limited to one per person — creating multiple accounts to stack trials will get the extra accounts closed. Paid plans start the moment your payment clears and run for the full period you selected. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay; we don't do surprise charges.
4. Refunds
Refund requests follow our Refund Policy. Please read that page before buying so you know exactly where you stand.
5. Fair Use
- Don't share your login beyond what your plan allows.
- Don't resell, rent out, or redistribute our streams or accounts.
- Don't try to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer our service.
- One subscription covers one active stream at a time. Running more simultaneous streams than your plan allows can get the extra sessions blocked or the account suspended.
Breaking these rules can get your account suspended or closed without a refund — we'd rather not do that, so please don't make us.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we occasionally need maintenance windows to keep things running well. Channel lineups can also change when broadcasters pull or move content — that's outside our control, and we'll always try to replace removed channels with equivalents.
A quick note on VPNs: they can help with privacy, but some VPN servers slow streams down or get flagged by our anti-abuse systems. If your stream only buffers when the VPN is on, try switching servers or turning it off.
7. Content Disclaimer
We aggregate streams and EPG data from various sources. We don't own the underlying channels or shows, and availability can vary by region due to licensing. If a specific channel matters to you, ask us before subscribing and we'll confirm.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our service comes as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Streampia isn't liable for indirect losses like missed recordings or downtime frustration — though if we mess up badly, talk to us and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
9. Termination
You can cancel anytime by contacting support — your plan simply runs to the end of its paid period. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the service, or commit payment fraud.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Big changes will be announced on the site; small clarifications just get a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Streampia after changes means you accept them.
